Technical Highlights
Spline Design models the chip pack with PBR materials for realistic packaging appearance. The 3D scene includes a multi-light studio setup with rim lighting and soft shadows. The Spline runtime is lazy-loaded in Nuxt.js for optimal initial page load performance.
