Project Overview
A scientific-themed 3D landing page showcasing an interactive DNA double helix visualization. The DNA molecule rotates and responds to user interactions, demonstrating how 3D web experiences can be used for educational, biotech, and science-related websites. The Spline-designed model features accurate base pair coloring and smooth helical animation.
Key Features
- Interactive DNA double helix 3D model
- Rotating animation with user interaction control
- Scientifically inspired color scheme
- Smooth performance with Spline runtime
- Responsive 3D viewport for all devices
- Educational tooltip overlays
Technical Highlights
The DNA model is created in Spline Design with parametric geometry for the helix structure. Spline events handle mouse interaction for rotation speed control. Nuxt.js static generation ensures the page loads instantly with the 3D scene initializing on the client side.
